Should I do accutane?

I barely have any acne and I want to do it to shrink my nose because it's wider than average. I think that this would be the best non surgical way especially since I have a lot of black heads with a lot of oil so I think my nose can shrink on accutane. Are the side effects mild and how should I dose?

i would say shrinking of oil glands is long lasting but many have said there nose size went back to normal after accutane

you could try tretinoin and hydrocortisone first if your concern with isotretinoin is the sides and they will likely work if your only concern is shrinking your nose and not acne.

You know that accutane shrinks your nose temporarily only, right? Once you stop using it your nose will go back to normal
