I would highly recommend Reta because Aqualux can age horribly wrong, it’s unpredictable, and Reta will make you naturally attain the look by naturally burning the fat. I can’t lie, Aqualux might dot the job better but I would start with reta and see if it gets you the results you’re looking for. Reta can supposedly stunt growth though so beware.

don't go overkill, aqualyx + reta will make you look like a skeleton if you do it wrong. i recommend aqualyx if your happy if your body type, and reta if you want to fix bf% too. if you do decide to go with aqualyx make sure you do it right and don't kill your nerves.

Reta itself does not stunt growth, but obviously as an appetite suppressant (among other effects), if you end up eating in a calorie deficit, you will obviously stunt your growth.
Especially when you're fucking fourteen, you shouldn't cut, you should eat in a calorie surplus (healthy stuff though, and a lot of proteins).

You could try avoiding stunting your growth by eating a lot nutrients, protein especially but yeah, reta can be risky if you don't think about what you'll eat and how to keep it healthy for your growth.

If u want precise fat loss in areas, use aqualyx. If you want to reduce overall body fat % use reta. Just wait till you are at the % u want to stay on, then use aqualyx on hard areas
