Should i do cardio before or after the gym

I do cardio first for 30 minutes
11 incline
3.1 speed
Then after i hit weights is this bad or good let me know?

My goal is to get more muscle and lean
I am 20-25 body fat
 
first weight lifting then 30min-1h of slow paced cardio. if you do cardio first you'll just only fatigue yourself and not be able to lift heavy for muscle hypertrophy

What about if i split in half?
15 minutes of cardio after done i lift and do cardio
The 15 minutes will be a warmup

Why not just do it after?

And two 15 minute sessions is less cardio than one 30 minute session.

I struggle to have the discipline of doing cardio but i think today ima do 10 mins first warm up then 20 mins after im done
 
ideally cardio later on in the day but if you cant do after gym

Don't be a pussy. If you have to then just jog a little more slowly.
