Should I eat foods with added sugar if it helps me hit my macros, or should I avoid them and stick to healthier carb sources even if it's harder to reach my targets? I'm currently in puberty and still growing, so I'm wondering if eating foods with added sugar to meet my calorie and carb goals could affect my growth or overall health.
