Whenever I don't eat I look like the one on the right but whenever I do eat I look like the one on the left.. You may be saying ok well just don't eat at lunch . Bro im 6'0 138 pounds I need to eat to gain weight.

Not really tbh u need to get rid of that acne and get clearer skin and cut down to 15% bodyfat and fix that hair too
