Should I eat gluten?

Right now I am 115 pounds and 5’8/5’9 and I’m trying to gain a little weight so I can actually lift weights, I know gluten makes you bloated (the bad glutens) but I have to gain weight for more test production, and don’t worry my diet isn’t going to be waffles for breakfast and pasta for dinner, it’s going to be either sandwiches for after a workout or for breakfast a bagel or two.
 
Gluten is very bad for you, you should always try to avoid it as much as you can.
