Should I fall for the “Thumb pulling” cope-thing?

As I mentioned before, I am recently starting puberty, which means that my bone malleability/remodeling is greater and I could achieve drastic changes with these types of pull-push techniques that are aimed at bone remodeling and bone growth

Should I really do this shit + hard mewing? Or am I fine with just using the BOW appliance?

I wish I found about it sooner lad. I think I have an objectively nice jaw, but even it can use some growth. I'm not recessed, however some things could be better. It'll even improve yer' teeth.

Mewing - 100% reccomend, also remember about good head posture.
Thumb pulling - I did many hours of it in total but I don't know if it helped me or not. Atleast I will try.

Yes, but do forward clenching for best results.

Clench your teeth and push your jaw forward. The force is constant and about 10x higher than mewing. It will move your dental arch forward giving you better lower maxilla and chin + lower gonial angle and shorter midface + minimises nasolabial folds.

You mustn't overdo it, but it works and can be done safely.
These theories are dangerous since they can fuck you up and you may not even know it until it's too late. But idk constant light pressure i doubt it damsges teeth or moves them in a crooked position

I never had braces but braces are a whole other subject, do they have elastics? Are they pushing inwards or outwards?
 
What are those? I probably don't have them as my braces are just bent plastic strings/lines streched along my teeth. Bottom and top at once.
Like rubber bands to move the jaw to correct bite, it's been proven braces with those recess the jaw
I don't know.
Then it will be pointless if u try to do it and the forces of the braces are inward will cancel your foece, but if the force of the braces are outwards then it could possibly help you

I don't know how safe it is, but in case of providing the mentioned results it would literally fix all my biggest failos of my face, I will definitely try it, is there a demo video or a thread that explains in greater detail the mechanisms and techniques to execute this method of "clenching"?

Literally my biggest failo in the face is my lack of FG/maxillary projection, although I would say that maybe my FG is AVG, but I would like to solve this "recessed" look since ppl have told me that I literally have a flat face, although others have told me that I'm normal, nothing special tbh.

I think that by fixing my maxilla with techniques like these or the "incisor chewing" would give me a CCWr, since I grew up in a CWr.

This should fix my maxilla, zygos, cheekbones, nasolabial folds and mid-face.

Well obviously if they wanna correct your bite they will need to move the maxilla or jaw and in most cases, jew dentists move the jaw. But if you don't have bite problems and just have braces to fix crooked teeth then no problem. Problem is if you have bands and bite issues

Idk about pulling forwards since i heard you must get everything right or it won't work or it will make your palate higher and make mewing harder while changing nothing in your face

Stick to thumbpulling but sideways, like with the thumbs, pull to try to widen the palate, thumbs should be on the palate, not teeth or gums but right where the suture is.

Try mewing too, i don't recommend hard mewing. I've mewed for 3 years while in puberty and i got breathing benefits, went from 7 to 10 teeth showing and it made my face grow properly during puberty

All of these but will still take a while for results. I don't recommend surgeries in most cases but it's quicker but has cons too

My biggest flaws are my asymmetries and maxillary projection, I sincerely want to fix them, but I still don't know how!

My palate is already considerably wide, if you want, I can provide a photo of it, but I don't see the need to widen it even more.
