although do not go too deep ur still 13, passively looksmax via eating clean, getting good sleep, exercising, practicing correct bodily posture etc

come back in exactly one year. right now the most important thing in your life should be eating and sleeping. more so sleeping. ignore all tiktok dieting trends and stick to this one.
but ignore the supplements and injections lol. just the eating part basically. eat fruits nd berries whenever you like but not too much since they're still sugar. and dont eat ANYTHING PROCESSED. idc if its half a hotdog, a bite from a twix bar or flavoured yoghurt - NOTHING PROCESSED.
