Should i gain weight in my situation or not?

138lbs , 5ft8 and i fraud to 5ft10 outside ,23 y old
small frame(small hands/small bone structure overal) 12%bf
I feel very unhealthy when i try to gain weight and is hard to keep even 1lbs more
I had some girlfriends but they told me that i am too skinny, they left me because i don t have a job tho ..
Can my face compensate for my lack of size?is it good enough?


My only problem is that i can t intimidate other males
If i was 30lbs more of muscle maybe i would get more respect

youre good looking but if youre 5’8 your frame has to compensate to some extent, work on delts, chest and lats to give you more of a v taper, good face + good frame = max arousal, same way for us men when we say a woman with a nice face and hourglass figure

it’s not for intimidation, it’s just for arousal from women, a guy can have a nice face but if he has narrow clavicles and is also on the shorter side then it’s not as easy for a woman to be sexually aroused by you, if you have a v taper look and good face a woman can still be more aroused by you even if youre on the shorter side, that’s when you’ll get the stacys on your dick

men would only be intimidated by you if they knew you were capable of harm, whenever i look at a bodybuilder i know they’re not capable of harm so being intimidating to guys is useless the only true intimidation you can have is having a big frame, which is tall + wide

it’s genuinely not cope, i think we just see it from a different lens, ive been doing mma for years, a bodybuilder like ronnie is harmless, he’s lethargic and slow, bad reach and flexibility, a 6’8 normal guy would be heavier than average, more reach and power than average, he’s capable of significantly more amount of harm, so the 6’8 normal guy would be much more intimidating, if i was to fight one of them im fighting ronnie
 
how many kcal u eat to keep that weight
idk i js munch i used to be a twig till 8th grade i had my ribcage bones visible and stuff but i probably eat around 2k-3k

Bulk like 10kg max, I would reccomend around 5-8kg bulk, do not eat like a shit, eat chicken meat, liver ( becarefull of vit A ), eggs and actual food and not some dogshit mcdonalds or junk burger. Train really heavy during bulk like 2x6-7reps absolute failure bruh and rest 2-3 days between training days.

400g peanuts =2400kcal from the get go
2 eggs
3 potatoes
200 g of cheese
100g bread

And my father eat a lot less and is 170 lbs and with this diet i felt sick and ONLY 144LBS

Honestly on bulk I eat like 4k calories, even now if I eat less than 3000calories I would loose weight lmfao :lul:

For female gaze, what you have rn is good enough.

Smoke weed or just take mk677 to eat more
 
If I were you I would try to gain weight seeing as girls have told you that you're too skinny. Seems like the obvious choice to me.
