youre good looking but if youre 5’8 your frame has to compensate to some extent, work on delts, chest and lats to give you more of a v taper, good face + good frame = max arousal, same way for us men when we say a woman with a nice face and hourglass figure138lbs , 5ft8 and i fraud to 5ft10 outside ,23 y old

it’s genuinely not cope, i think we just see it from a different lens, ive been doing mma for years, a bodybuilder like ronnie is harmless, he’s lethargic and slow, bad reach and flexibility, a 6’8 normal guy would be heavier than average, more reach and power than average, he’s capable of significantly more amount of harm, so the 6’8 normal guy would be much more intimidating, if i was to fight one of them im fighting ronniecope

idk i js munch i used to be a twig till 8th grade i had my ribcage bones visible and stuff but i probably eat around 2k-3khow many kcal u eat to keep that weight

Bulk like 10kg max, I would reccomend around 5-8kg bulk, do not eat like a shit, eat chicken meat, liver ( becarefull of vit A ), eggs and actual food and not some dogshit mcdonalds or junk burger. This was my daily calories on cut, what do you notice? it's all healthy food. You can dm me and I mean I could try to help you, but I would not reccomend anything more than 10kg bulk, it's just pointless and you gain new fat cells that do not go away ugh...
Honestly on bulk I eat like 4k calories, even now if I eat less than 3000calories I would loose weight lmfaoit was hard to maintain 144 lbs for me with this diet Ș
400g peanuts =2400kcal from the get go
2 eggs
3 potatoes
200 g of cheese
100g bread
And my father eat a lot less and is 170 lbs and with this diet i felt sick and ONLY 144LBS
