- don't have to apply a topical

I've already been rejected by one reputable surgeon (Dr Bisanga), who described my hair loss as minor and said he wouldn't do a transplant under the age of 24

Just keep taking dut/fin, RU and topical minoxidil and see how it goes, no way it will keep receding after you combine these 3

But if you see no significant regrowth after 1-2 years you can consider a HT (it’s a bit retarded imo, your hair is not that bad you’re lowkey a schizo)

Ur loss doesnt look that bad now. How long u been on dut for? Also u are wasting ur money on RU unless u use PEDS its way overkill. Dut alone can stop hairloss running even 300-400mg test. I would use dut and mix for a couple of years min (the dut will halt loss completely and maybe regrow some).

Transplant should be last resort. Tbh think u got some dysmorphia (like most of us on here) and ur seeing it as worse than it is.

Not worth it at all

1. U just have like a tiny bit of hairloss ( like norwood 1 )

2 . Easily fixable with dut and oral/topic minnox

3. U have to keep in mind that u are blond
