Should i get a Marpe?

Guys my palate is small, like the photo under. (it’s reference but very very similar). When my mouth closed, my face looks wide from front and side. But when i smile, my only 6 front teeths are showing. I have high set flat cheekbones, so marpe will help with this case too. So i wanna get marpe and invisalign but some people saying it will gonna mess your face. What do you guys think?
