Should i get a palate expander 16

Im 16 17 in a month already had schwartz on both mandible and maxilla, but got tired of it anad didn't finish when i was younger like a retard.
1. Would a bioblock or schwartz be worth it before getting invisalign? Or should i save up for bimax or genio
2. Could I use an expander for mandible? I could do diy.

The crossbite isnt that bad to need bioblock, my dad is a dentist i alr saw way worse class than yours. Just trust the process
