Should I get a palate expander?

My problem isn't forwad growth but a slightly (?) narrow palate

Intermolar Width (center of 1st molar to center of 1st molar)

~28.5–29.5mm (rough estimate)

Intercanine Width

~25mm (rough estimate)

I'm not sure what the ideal ranges are but ChatGPT says ~36-40mm for intermolar width and ~28-32mm for intercanine width, don't know how accurate that is. With that being said, would you recommend an MSE or a SARPE? I'm not well-versed in this stuff

If ur palate is narrow enough for it to be a fallio then a palatal expander probably wouldn't be the worst idea
