Should I get a rhino?

I’m 18 now and have the money for it, personally I think it ruins my front profile and I’m just wondering what I should ask for as I don’t have a lot of knowledge, my nose is very unique so idk how the surgery would take place I want my nasal tip lower than it currently is

anyway here's what's wrong with ur front

dissolve the fat pads around your lips, makes u look like shit, and then ask if you can get your tip lowered with the rhinoplasty, it shouldn't be that expensive as it wouldn't be a full rhino

just dissolve it urself with aqualyx, it's fairly simple and a super quick fix
