MSE will help me get lateral growth but I need forward growth as well

MSE splits the suture
There is only one suture within the maxilla, there isnt a suture to split for forward growth of the maxilla, only one laterally that expands the palate when you split it

Agga just pushes on the teeth, displacing the teeth through the alveolar bone, damaging your teeth and not moving the actual maxilla forward at all.
