What orthodontics should i get?

Im 16 i have basic braces for like 2months on upper teeth and in a few months im getting them for my lower teeth too but idk if its going to help my recession very much my mandible is really recessed and my CCW rotation is terrible hwat other orthodontics can i get for fixing this if there is still a chance,
