Should I get an MSE before Bimax?

No one does MSE in UK. They are all do SARPE. SARPE is just mse with lefort cut for more symmetry.

There is at least one MSE provider in the UK as I've personally consulted with them, Dr Hirani in Milton Keynes. I didn't proceed with them however as MSE I'm unconvinced would be appropriate personally.
