Should I get bimax first or fix my nose and philtrum?

Exactly a month ago I got a 8mm genioplasty which still left me recessed but camouflaged my hilarity protrusion.
I have an orthodonist consultation in a couple weeks to try and get braces then a bimax to fix this.
My question is should I try and get a liplift and rhinoplasty first? Or is my jaw shit enough for to me save for bimax and make that my first priority

i wouldnt fuck with a lip lift until after you did bimax

not a significant change but the advancement of your upper jaw can change the angle of your philtrum making it appear smaller

if you are more insecure about your nose than jaw fix it first. confidence matters aswell
