Should I get bimax?

I'm getting a consult with Dr R soon. Before that, I wanted to figure out what should I focus on first.

I feel like my jaw could use improvement but so could my cheekbones. Should I go for the jaw first or get malar implants.

Looking at my CEPH, how recessed am I?

Haven't got anything done yet. Looks like I'm not that recessed so it'd be interesting to see what Dr R. says.

If I don't need bimax then I'll spend it on implants & buccal fat removal.
