get palate expanders then braces. your palate seems too narrow, the dentist might extract a few teeth if you go for braces with narrow palate, causing recession

I´d ask a dentist/orthodontist, altough i would say yes since i think there are asymmetry´s at your top and bottom teeth which could have been caused by crowding, not sure tho, and i would get a palate expander aswell snce your palates looks to be very small
