Should I get braces?

Already made a thread asking this but I have a deep bite and I need to know in advance whether braces r gna recess me or mess up my face or whether my lower third will benefit by getting taller and my mandible appearing more forward grown

Whenever I jut and force myself not to have a deep bite, which I do a lot (yes tmj i know and idc), I can see that my lower third is noticeably taller and my mandible appears way more forward grown.
Will I get these benefits permanently if I get braces, and if so, what is my best option? I don’t want to look like a train track but I also want these benefits

if you have a minor overbite sometimes braces can fix it but if its bad you need surgery

Depends on how bad is it, if it's horrendous can only be fixed thru surgery, but if it's minor braces the way to go.

i have a deep bite not an overbite so my mandible is not much further back than my maxilla, my upper teeth just cover my lower teeth too much, but there is still a noticeable difference in mandibular projection when i jut

deep bite and overbite are the same thing from how your describing it braces should help but theres less treatment options for your lower jaw compared to upper jaw
