On one hand I am pretty underweight, and my arms look like sticks, my ribcage is visible, I'm just weak.
On the other hand, from a purely looksmaxxing perspective, the more weight i put on my body, the shorter I seem vertically.
Is there an optimal weight i should go for? Maybe like 140 lbs with +17 lbs of pure muscle? Or is being skinnier an advantage if you're my height?
