Should I get invisalign?

I have minimal crowding on the top row of teeth and moderate to severe crowding on the bottom row. Also I have a very bad overbite, 80-90 percent. I have heard mixed opinions on braces and Invisalign, some people even said that they can cause recession.

I recently went to the orthodontist and these are the simulated results if I were to get it:

youll have to wear them for the rest of ur life and even if you take like a 3 day break it will revert, braces are better

having had both go for braces imo but idk i heard braces cause more recession than invisalign

its a fucking pain to always remember to put invis back in after eating, and when your teeth hurt you just take them out and then you wont make any progress
