Should I get lifts for when I travel to Europe?

In December, I'm going to be traveling to Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, and Portugal. I've been to the UK before and know how height is there. I know the Netherlands is filled with giants and am prepared to mogged there. Are there moggers in Switzerland and Portugal? Is it worth getting lifts if I stand at 6'3 barefoot?
