Should i get marpe?

I have been looking i to marpe alot recenlty and i feel like its something i should get and then ofc getteing damon braces(dont think about my skin i now its really fucking bad) i feel like i should get bf% down first and then debloat to really see if i should get it

Idk tbh they are kindalike this all the time

This is because you have too much screentime which dries your eyes since when you are looking at a screen you dont blink

Minimize your blue light intake by turning on night light on all your devices

Go to sleep earlier

And use eye drops to clear it out in the morning(very important)
