I’m unsure if i should get marpe because i have a very narrow face and jaw but my upper teeth are small and there are already little gaps.
right now i have braces and soon im going to get orthodontic coil springs.

ye get it but you won't ascend a lot from that cause you are 16 but atleast you will get more space for mewing

ye im in the same situation and i guess its worth it but it depends on your budget
