So i started an orthodontic treatment 1 years ago ang got a palate expander for about 8 month, now they want to extract my premolars to make more place so i get enough place to perfectly replace my tooth. The problem is that i dont want to retract my tooth because it would give me a less proeminent look (im alr recessed so i dont want to make it worse). Then my father called an other orthodontic clinic to know if theres is absolutely no others way to perfectly fix my tooth whitout extraction and they just said the same thing as the first clinic.
