Should I get on Fin?

I'm 18.
The Norwood Reaper has been haunting me for 2 years now, day and night.
Been losing density for a year. Little hairs are appearing in front of my hairline.
Basically all the telltale signs.
Not noticeable yet, but hair became pretty shitty its a looksmin if kept long (wind and all that)

Should I get on fin?

I'm scared of potential sides and/or halting my physical developement (I'm tall so only worried about losing potential frame/dick improvements) although I'm probably over puberty.
