should i get tretinoin for random pimples (hormone pimples bc of puberty)

If it is just a few acne yes tretinoin is a great choice, but if sevre acne accutane is much better, even though you still can get 10mg for a little bit of acne.
But tretinoin is good. And dont forget moisturiser and spf

small spots of rednesss right on my nostril and right beside them its just a little bit of redness not that bad

tretinoin will do the job then as the other guy said make sure to get a high quality moisturizer and spf 50 sunscreen if you plan on doing it at day
