As you know I recently visited a asian aesthetics clinic for a full on analysis

So I went to one those korean clinics and they gave me a full diagnosis as you can see above. Theh suggested me skincare routines and products, surgeries, body analysis, workout plans, diet plans everything. They are like looksmax centers. They also told I'd benefit from surgery the plan was to have jaw fillers, an asian rhinoplasty and bone shaving(cheekbones) and glutathione sessions to make my skin lighter and a workout plan with more cardio and less strength training that I am currently doing. I told them I didn't want bone shaving but they insisted that it would throw off the balance of the face they. We also argued about the jaw. I wanted a more square jaw but they inisted on a more v shaped jaw with a pointy chin. And jaws that are too big and square look gaudy and unattractive
All and all it is going to cost around $10k everything included as package and they told me if I want. I could fly to Korea to have their head surgeons the best of the best operate on me if I was unsure. I could get this immediately and ascend or wait for some time to be able to afford european surgeons and get this done with properly. What should I do?

Direct ~5-8 points reduced for being "too dark skinned". They even told me that the system is biased against dark skinned people. Recommendations are glutathione injections, zygo shaving, asian rhinoplasty and jaw fillers and skin care stuff. Would cost a couple thousand dollars. Brutal...
