I'm from the USA in a big city with very good insurance, I'm planning to schedule trimax or double jaw surgery within the next year. How do local surgeons compare to some of the best well known surgeons talked about a lot here. Considering high success rate & aesthetical change the most and then cost, insurance & waiting time who would make the most sense to go for.
