Are you a fucking retard? He is skinny and looks 56kg. Eating at maintenance he is going to stay at 56kg and skinny, not grow anything substantial at all. He absolutely needs to bulk. 200-300 surplus isn’t going to be putting on any substantial amount of fat in 4 months. I diet that off within a 3-4 weeks at very most. He isn’t going to get a remotely decent physique eating at muh maintenance.No, you can grow at maintenance. The disparity in lean mass gained when bulking vs eating at maintenance is negligible, assuming adequate stimulus & protein are met. It's not worth it to bulk and gain fat
