Should I go with another round of braces or wait

I already had braces when I was younger and my teeth aren’t perfect, but they’re not that bad either.I saw an orthodontist and got diagnosed with a mild crossbite, deep bite, and a few other bite issues. My insurance approved another round of braces. The only thing holding me back is that I’m thinking about getting a Le Fort I in the future anyways.Would it still make sense to start braces now in case i cope with the fact that i’m to broke for a Lefort or should I wait until I get evaluated by an surgeon?
