thats what i was thinking as well, esp with my chest growing faster then the rest of my body
From your wording i can tell you already do too much volume and now you want to add more. You'll end up with huge tits like most other gymcels

bruh, im just getting back into working out which is why im asking this before i start tomorrow

I already assumed it was uneccessary, but wanted opinions just incase

who on earth would want more volume, its boring and tiring asf

Just do 1-2 sets for upper and middle chest
u can skip lower or just do 1 set / wk with 0 rir ( depending on what volume you can recover from )

I Have not started yet, creating my routine now before im working out later today

If you have the knowledge why dont you help me out?

You said you were getting back to working out so i assumed youve done it before

My advice is dont train chest a lot. Its not that important for aesthetics and its easy to grow for most gymcels

err personal preferance tbh but i just focus my mid pec by programming it first and later on in my sesh do a set of upper
usually if youre newer to this just train upper and mid as lower chest might be too much fatigue
( upper, middle and lower regions in image )
