alr so when im on reta i just need to eat as much protein as i can rightand reta will allow him to do it more easily
I'm not saying he HAS to, but clearly he lacks self control to get in this position so I don't see why he can't use reta to aid his cut
Not necessarily, eat a good amount of course but don't stop eating carbs as your training will become shit and you'll lose musclealr so when im on reta i just need to eat as much protein as i can right
