Should I hop on while using mse/marpe? DONT SKIP

Im working on getting mse as of rn but also plan to hop on test and hgh maybe even erda, should i wait for the mse to be done? It could lower risks but also could take a while making which could lower the chances of me growing significantly but also heard I could get acromegaly and or the mse not work have u guys ever had any experience with this or know how common this is?
