If you haven't been living under a rock you'd know that Iran launched a large-scale missile attack on Israel, so I guess with the threat of war growing more imminent the stock market will increase. Would it be a good move to invest £100-300 in weapons manufacturers stocks?

You need 10k minimum otherwise investing in stocks is waste of time. You should invest in Lockheed but not because of the Iran situation but because they have access to alien tech/crafts and tech that far surpasses anything known to governments.
