actually My doctor recommended 40mg, but I didn't see any results. A while ago, I started taking 60mg and it's better, but I'm thinking about taking 80mg.

Acne is just toxins leaving your skin, and the way the toxins got into your body was through diet or your genes (diet and lifestyle of your ancestors) I can kinnda agree on acutane for him as his acne is sevear and needs treatment now or else he might end up with scarring
