I've been hitting gym for around 3 months. For the first month I've been doing a calorie deficit because I thought that I should get to low bf first and then start bulking, but I've switched up that idea and I've been bulking for like the past 2 months. I'm 173,5cm (thinking about hoping on hgh) and 65 KG eating around 2800-2900 kcal (doing a clean bulk). I am seeing a lot of progress, but I just wanted to ask if I should change that idea and hop on a calorie deficit because "lean is law". I honestly have no clue what my BF is, but if I could estimate I would say around 16-20%. I'm 16 btw.
