Going on a heavy cut can like actually fuck your development, do a body recomp at strictly your maintenance calories with high protein. Then go to the gym 6x a week and do cardio every day you’ll be fine

You’ll be fine. You can Leanmaxx if you want but don’t go stupid with it. Cut down to 15% BF or around there but definitely don’t go low into the 8-12 range, it’ll impact your development at your age. Hope this helps.
