Should i leanmaxx or do my surgeries first?

Already got money for cantho+upper eyelid fat grafts and genio. Going to embrace the prettyboy game and androgynous vampiremaxx, should i leanmaxx first or do my surgeries then leanmaxx? prob going to hop on sarms soon.
Im not fat, im kinda skinny but dont have muscles, i do have some hollow cheeks and when i suck my cheeks slightly my zygos pop af and i would like to have that look

Doesn't matter, you'll ascend either way. Just get surgery first so you can have motivation to workout.

If you are going for implants, yes, do yourself a favor and be lean before that.
