Should I light triad/ surfer look or dark triad

Which one because when I grow my hair I’m blonde but when it’s short it’s dark .

well most just go for the messy but nice hair where it kinda looks equal length everywhere but that only looks good if your hair has some curl to it so you can get a slight perm but you can also dye your eye brows darker. you also have a longer face so what you should try to do is grow some hair out the sides to "cancel out" the longer face
