Should i lose fat?

I wanted to lose fat for such a long time but im in puberty i am currently around 15% bf i can see 4 abs but my face isn't lost i can see the jawline pretty nicely but my cheeks are puffy. I am just scared that if i cut i will lose my height potential when im sick i look leaner and pretty good if i leanmaxx cleared my skin and grow out i will be easily htn

Don't lose weight anymore.....or u will actually lose ur h8 potential if u r teen.....if 18 or above then go leaner than 15 percent...... it's already ovER if u r 18 and shorr

Don't lose weight anymore.....or u will actually lose ur h8 potential if u r teen.....if 18 or above then go leaner than 15 percent...... it's already ovER if u r 18 and shorr

If u aren’t using something like aromasin lean out a bit more and work on building muscle without gaining body fat. Stay at around twelve percent itll decrease aromatization so ur growth plates will stay open and increase ur natural hgh and testosterone and insulin sensitivity making u grow taller
