Well, the thing is that I'm 183cm tall and weigh 65kg, but I'm still 15 years old and I don't know if it's the best option. My goal is to know how I'll look with a very low percentage of fat.Should I wait until later or slowly lose weight now?

I'd strongly suggest avoiding the shred until you've fully gone through puberty. Focus on putting on more weight and lifting heavier.

Ty Bro, should I go to the gym or does it not have much impact?

I think lifting weights would be good and if you're interested in self improvement which i'm assuming you are, it would be a great outlet for you. I would suggest that you actually focus on gaining weight though, and not losing weight as gaining weight will help in giving your body the nutrients to grow to its full potential. People tend to go on cuts and lean out once they have fully developed so I wouldn't do that yet. When I say gain weight, I don't mean become obese, but eating in a caloric surplus and lifting weights will help you become stronger and you will genuinely look better in the long run.

What I would suggest is eating a lot of food (focus on eating carbs and protein), do cardio as it's good for you, do body weight exercises like sit-ups and push-ups and if you want to go to the gym and lift weights, make sure to start with a light weight and focus on your form. Because you are still growing, if you do things like deadlifts with bad form, it can stunt your growth.
