Your infraorbital region (eye area) is appearing quite hollow and sunken. With some potential implants, it's really going to improve both your side and frontal profile to appear more supported in general (because it will be), the undereyes are a result of recession in the Maxilla/orbital complex. I'm not advising surgery, I'm stating that if you want to ascend into htn, that's how you would go about achieving that.
