I wanna lose weight fast. I've already tried dieting and eating in a calorie deficit because I'm scared of losing muscle, but the results take way too long and it's honestly discouraging. Lately I've been thinking about just starving myself to speed things up, and I need some advice.:feelshah:

Just get on reta if needed and cut slowly if your truly a fat ass I don't think super aggresive cuts are good at all they crash your metabolism

just be on a normal calorie defecit or use peptides?

OMAD
if you’re hungry have one orange or a banana
calculate your TDEE and stay under that at all times

you’ll wish you done this earlier

Realistically, how much weight do you need to lose?
 
20% and im 85/80
So you need to lose 10% Body Fat

10% of BF (for you) = 10% x 180lbs = 18lbs (Total to lose)


18lbs of Fat = 18lbs x 3500Kcal = 63,000Kcal

To put in perspective of how long it would take to lose at each deficit:
Your Maintenance:

2000 Kcal a Day = 126 Days
1800 Kcal a Day = 90 Days
1500 Kcal a Day = 63 Days
1200 Kcal a Day = 48 Days
1000 Kcal a Day = 42 Days

Also Probaly ain’t a good idea to starve max, simply because your skin elasticity doesn’t adapt quick enough leaving you with folds and shit, I’ve just gone from 28% to around 15% and I have very noticeable nasolabial and infra folds.

Also the formula I used to calculate the time it takes for you to lose that weight in that time is:

63,000 / (2500 - calories Consumed Per Day) = Days Taken

Do an aggressive deficit so you lose weight fast, u don’t wna deficit for long so just starve hard. Then once ur lean just eat maintenance cause u need a good diet for ur development

Starving as a 16 yo is pure nonsense, cause youll fuck your hormones. Eat clean and do cardio or hop on peps
