Should I microdose isotret if I'm already on tret?

I had mild acne, so I got on tret 0.05%, and I'm seeing improvements, but I get body acne sometimes on my chest, arms, and back. I also have a lot of hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone in these areas. Should I microdose isotret 10-20mg? Will it help? I'm also going to start injecting GHK to help with it as well.

both is gonna age your skin long term so better off staying on accutane until you have decimated all sebum and then stay aways from things that speed up skin aging

don't use topical tret, it gets absolutely trumped by oral, speaking from experience and general consensus

just use 10-20mg of isotret daily, taken with fatty meal

cease use of topicals if you don't see good results

Tbh accutane gave me depression

I ordered tret 0.5 because i need that glow. I dont have any acne at all just acne scars and discoloration. Is it worth it?

Looks like tret is a staple of a looksmaxxers skin routine

along with other stuff like vitamin c + matrixyl and shit
