I am 17(18 in august), and 175cm (5'9")
I havent really grown any considerable amount, maybe an inch or two in like 2 years

I have manlet parents and probably never had sufficient protein growing up in a vegetarian curry house

I am planning to hop on a heightmaxxing cycle soon, tho idk if its worth it
I've yet to see anybody with actual substantial results and proof that ts works

I just wanna get to atleast 5'11" so I can just fraud to 6ft+
but also I dont wanna ruin my health and get no results

If any of you guys has done any protocol and seen actual results gtfih and help a nga out

Get an X-ray to check if plates are still open, if ur growth plates are closed nothing you do will give you even a chance at growing

yeah I think so to, maybe there's a chance they're open but I doubt since I havent grown jackshit in a long time

don’t bother with MK at your age. I did MK when i was 16 barely gave me like an inch and a bit, I would have been way better off just doing rHGH.

in your case get an xray of ur knee first. depending on which country ur in you can do the fraud injury method and go to the ER.

if ur growth plates are in the process of fusion then hop on Exemstane and rHGH (4-8iu)

check ur growht plates if theyr opena nd do ur blood work check ur igf and gh levles if u were defcient hop on gh if not just use aromatose inhibators and also if not those u can always get a LL
