Had an all nighter like two weeks ago. Only difference is this one will bleed into my work day where I hit arms, legs, chest and abs, however, I'm still quite confident, as I'll take a cold shower right before so I'll get quite the boost. Doing this to reset my circadian rhythm as these last few days trying to head to bed have just been a nightmare. I plan on going to sleep tomorrow real early at 7PM. Thoughts?

Same here, been NEET for about a month and I’m falling asleep at 5am waking at 2pm. Hate this shit, literally wasting my life.

I’ve tried pulling all nighters in the past but they don’t really work. Either you end up passing out too early (in the next day) making it worse or you sleep at a good time. But it returns to the previous rhythm

Yeah, I gotcha man. I've found eating hot or spicy things typically keep you up for an additional 10-15 minutes before you have to eat a little more. But in general, eating and drinking coffee helps a lot.

I'm gonna say fuck it and roll with it, take a gnarly ass shower early in the morning (10-11AM), then kick it off. Try a cold shower, jacks your cortisol to the moon BUT completely refreshes and wakes you up. Similar to how you feel literally straight after waking up.

Pray for me bro.

You have to avoid falling asleep or taking a nap no matter what you do. Pull an all nighter and go to sleep really early after going through the whole day without falling asleep or taking a nap, and then assign a time to get up the next day and then get up at that time you assigned. But you really need to assign a time to get up at and get up at that time.

Then assign a time for yourself to wake up at the day that succeeds the day you woke up at your assigned time, be it the same or earlier but you have to assign a time for yourself and get up at that time.

Then simply get up at the same time every day.

It takes only 2-3 days to completely fix a broken sleep schedule. Basically most important thing once you fix it is to get up at the same time you do every day

Additionally early morning (7:00-8:30 AM) sun which is predominantly UV-A is important for Circadian Rhythm regulation, and also Dopaminergic Cycling. I would get some bare chested sun exposure and in your eyes as well...

Usually I end up falling asleep way too early making the pattern even more fucked. If I do manage to sleep at a good time it only works for a day then I oversleep(catching up on the missed sleep from all-nighter) for like 12hrs and it fucks it again.

I know it works eventually though, but you have to go through a couple drowsy ass days for it .
